Introducing the New Nature TTL Website!

Look around you – Nature TTL has a fresh new design! When we first launched back in June 2014, the website was only supposed to last a short time until we could get something bespoke and top-notch. Well, here it is. I hope you like it.

The new website should increase your enjoyment of using Nature TTL, as well as bringing new features and opportunities with it. We’ve been working hard on developing this over the last 5 months, pulling together talented designers and developers from Los Angeles and… Bournemouth! Here’s some highlights of what’s changed.

Homepage Feed

It’s now so much easier to see our latest content. The homepage will feed through all of the latest articles from around the website, meaning you can always see what is new! You can even share articles to social media straight from the homepage – just click the wheel icon next to each article.

Shop: Workshops, eBooks & Equipment

Previously our online shop was hidden away and didn’t look very good. Now we have a much better store, as well as some great new offerings from Nature TTL.

Workshops – We asked our members of the Nature TTL Facebook Group if they wanted us to start offering workshops and tours. There was an incredible response and some very keen photographers wanting to enjoy some awesome experiences with us. With plans to continually expand our range over the next year, we are pleased to be able to offer you red squirrel photography workshops and otter photography workshops. These workshops will get you in front of two very elusive UK species, whilst enjoying the company of our Nature TTL professionals who will be on hand to help you develop your skills.

eBooks – As always, we will continue to offer a range of eBooks to help you learn and improve your photography. We currently have three eBooks available. The first, So You Want to Be a Wildlife Photographer?, is a beginner’s guide to wildlife photography and a great place to start. A Practical Guide to Landscape Photography is a great choice for anyone looking to take landscape photos, from beginner through to advanced intermediate level. Finally, Back Garden Safari will take you deep into the field of urban wildlife photography and is a must-have for anyone living in an urban area.

Equipment – We’ve joined forces with some great brands to offer you a select number of products that we really believe in. We’ll only be selling products that we use ourselves, so you can be sure that you’re buying something you’ll love. You can order directly from the Nature TTL website.

Mobile Website

Your experience on a mobile website will now be much better. The old website had a clunky, ugly look when you accessed via a mobile. Now, things are all responsive and swish!

Security

One of the most important updates to Nature TTL is our increased security. If you look in your browser’s URL bar, you’ll now see a little padlock next to our address. All our pages are now delivered via https, a more secure and encrypted way to view the website. As well as this, we’ve also added further protection against malicious attacks on the website. Now we can sleep soundly!

Other Updates

There are some other new features to the website which we will be rolling out gradually over the coming week, so keep your eyes peeled for these. In the meantime, have a look around and enjoy!
