Each week we’ll be giving you a theme that you can submit a photo for, and we’ll choose our favourite to be featured on the Nature TTL website. Participating in these assignments will be a great way for you to encourage yourself to push the boundaries of your photography and improve together as a community on the website.

Week 195: Signs of Autumn

Our theme this week is Signs of Autumn, and we’d love to see what creative images you can take to showcase the changes that this new season brings! Perhaps you will look for changes in the colours of leaves, or photograph a misty morning landscape, or look for wildlife that only emerges in the autumn. Whether you’re a seasoned nature photographer, or a total newbie, the options for photos showcasing the signs of autumn are infinite, and we can’t wait to see what inspiring images you can create.

Please keep images under 2MB in size otherwise you may have difficulty uploading them.

Last week’s theme was Movement – and our favourite image this week is:

This week’s winner is this image, captured by Andrey Wagner: ‘Dreaming.’ We love the powerful sense of movement that has been captured in this long exposure wave shot. The colours are very ‘dreamlike’ and the softness of the image gives us a real sense of the energy of the subject in question. It is a beautiful, peaceful image that perfectly meets the brief! Well done, and thank you to all who entered!
