Itinerary

We’ll start our trip in the city of Amman, where we’ll visit Roman ruins, browse through photogenic souk markets, and try out some of the sumptuous local dishes. After two days of cultural photography in Amman, we’ll head to the Dead Sea, where you can experience the unusual sensation of floating in the sea’s buoyant water.

It’s then time to explore the vast Wadi Rum desert, a surreal landscape that inspires great landscape photography. Local Bedouin guides will take us on both a Jeep tour and a camel-back trip through this stunning area.

You’ll also have the pleasure of visiting Petra, the ancient hidden city that is both a UNESCO Heritage Site and one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Exclusive to our group, we’ll get to photograph Petra at night, when a sea of candles light up the canyons, creating a magical atmosphere and an opportunity for unique pictures.

We’ll conclude this Jordan Photo Tour with a relaxing visit to Dana Biosphere Reserve, the country’s largest nature reserve that boasts an arid landscape of rocky mountains and dramatic canyons.
